Have the option to accelerate and decelerate using one pedal. By simply releasing the accelerator, the LEAF will come to a complete stop even on an incline and decline. You can also easily switch back to 2 pedals with just a press of a button.

Easily navigate tight spaces with an extra set of eyes. The Intelligent Around View Monitor displays various camera views including a 360° bird's-eye view virtual composite of the vehicle and your surroundings to aid in parking situations. CHARGING THE NISSAN LEAF IS EASY

Explore hassle-free charging at home or on the go.

You can charge the Nissan LEAF overnight, just like your mobile phone. Just plug it into a standard 220V power source with a dedicated socket. You may opt to install a wall-box charger* for faster charging of approximately 7.5 hours**. *Not included in vehicle purchase. **Approximately 7.5 hours from low battery indicator to full charge.

Quick Charging Stations are available in select locations with more units in development. Select Nissan dealerships offer Quick Charging Stations and Wall Box Charging Stations. Quick chargers can charge the Nissan LEAF from low battery indicator to 80% in just approximately 40 minutes.

How to get more range from every charge?

Speed, driving style, topography, and weather conditions can affect battery performance. More speed uses more energy, so the faster you drive the more often you'll have to charge. To maximize your range, try to keep your driving smooth and steady. Increase the time between charges with ECO Mode and B Mode regenerative braking.

B MODE: RECOVERY BRAKING ENERGY

Serious about maxing out your range? Activate B Mode. It delivers more regenerative braking, which charges the battery without compromising on driving power.

ECO Mode

Choose ECO Mode to limit motor output and save energy. It also slightly increases regenerative braking to boost your range. To get the most milage out of your Nissan LEAF, use B Mode and ECO Mode at the same time.
